Ace work there Mr_Wheels .. makes me want to get my order in .. tho tempted with the 450 to secure more mods

Ps just watched it on 100" and looked ace ... need to get my bits sorted and and go pro so I can get some flying done .. but all in good time but well done with the first time

did you find it better FPV than not FPV .. I know distance and going under is a things that comes with time but how about getting more to grips with thing and controle ?

Cheers

First of all ill oppologise if anyone was not happy with the end of that video. I'm not here I ruin anything for anyone. That was at the end of another 4 flights and I am now confident in the machine. I've been getting some stuck for it and now I feel a bit sh|t tbh.

Anyway I would reccomend this quad to anyone. I find flying closer to the ground is best done with the naked eye. Once you go up 30-40feet FPV is the way to go so you get the shots you want and I find it safer.

Getting to grips with the controls is a doddle, it's very dosile and you can fly nose in all day. I have limited experience in quads but the naza basically flys itself.

I am finding it very good based on your view I am so tempted to go and enjoy this or the 450 ( more the 450 for more mods ) but still liking how easy and good things are going for you

keep up the vids helps us that are looking like you to try and enjoy

The vid is looking better if it was not for thinkig this or 450 I would have been been placing my order.

Keep up the good work

Richard :)

Hi Wheels , Found you got to grips with the fpv really well there and great video for people to see what you have done .

Just hitting the US... Took mine out today for its first flight. Cold and windy Colorado.

"The maximum horizontal flight speed of the Phantom can reach 10m/s"

Hmmm... 36kph. I taped on a self powered GPS today and hit 63kph and I think I may have beat that in the video below :tennis:

I have not been able to get into the Naza-M with assistant 1.8 yet. Not sure if DJI has us locked out. They included the USB but no instructions why.
I would like to get some help on the FPV that Mr_Wheels did and find out if anyone has been able to make adjustments to it yet. It is about as perfect as a little Quad can get but I would like to adjust the angle a little more and vertical climb rate.

Some more vids from today.

Do you believe DJI will soon allow that?
I am at 6000' ASL and our air density is very thin and makes quite a difference flying.
I have been flying for just over 40 years and now that electronics are used with navigation and baro sensors I see most "out of the box" setups are for lower elevation.
