    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Well yes and for a good reason. It took me about 20 seconds on the very first flight with this gimbal to notice that it has a serious horizon issue. Cant blame myself for being disappointed after spending 2600(!)€ on it. With the same amount of cash I purchased a Canon EOS 5D Mark III that is...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

I have never flown without a camera op or in fpv mode, so I don't know will I loose horizon when yawing the copter.

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Yes mine is like that. Looks very familiar. Pitch and pan are OK, roll accuracy is 30-40 degrees instead of the advertised 0.02 :upset: My vendor replied my mail and told me he had linked my video to DJI and is waiting for a reply. I am too. With interest.

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

If DJI is not going to fix the loss of horizon issue either with a new firmware or somehow else, all owners of the Z15-5D should be allowed to return their gimbals and get a full refund. It says on the DJI pages that the accuracy of the gimbal is 0.02 degrees. The roll axle accuracy is more...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Not sure I get your question.. This is not in fpv mode. I have dual radio system with camera op. When hovering and panning, horizon is quite OK. When I start flying the copter and operator pans, horizon goes immediately off. There is no difference in the two other modes than reset mode. Both...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

I have the A2 too, but have not had the time to test it yet. And I also was going to pre order the Lightbridge, but after the Zenmuse problems, NO! I also have little interest in being DJI´s beta tester on Lightbridge or anything else. As we have seen before, the specs on the DJI pages don't...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

The only reason DJI can **** on their customers face figuratively speaking is because they dont have real competition. Once they will have competition - and I believe and hope they will - and if the competitor proves to be more succesfull that shouldnt be too difficult, DJI will be a very...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

I have also the Movi M10 and all I can say is - regardless of the price go for the Movi. It has worked as intended from day one. It comes with good online documentation on how to balance it etc. It performs the same day in day out. Plus you get the possibility to install the camera/lens combo of...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Yes indeed. And not only this. My vendor told me upon replacing the gimbal that at least 30% of the Z15-5D gimbals were broken when they arrived. 30%!!! So it seems DJI dont test their products at all. Seems to me that the ugly truth is that DJI as the market leader shamelessly sells everything...

3x Radian, 3x Freefy servo and mounting necessities

Cant sell the servo with a resistor as the resistors come with the Radians so I will sell the Radians with the resistors.

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Yes, latest firmwares on Wookong-M, Gimbal IMU and Gimbal control unit. The gimbal moves freely to all directions and after adding a little tin weight to roll axis, the balance is perfect.

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

No it does not reset pitch/roll. I disabled roll from my tx because whats the point? You only roll accidentally when tilting. There is so big contradiction between what is promised on DJI´s webpage and what is delivered that it seems criminally misleading to me. There should be a class action...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Reset - miraculously - works. It centres the pan back towards the nose. The switch with what one is supposed to choose wether the cam looks forward/down in reset, does not work. And video rec/photo trigger does not work. At the moment 5D seems to earn a very strong DO NOT BUY! warning. I...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

So they gave the above as a reply to you when you complained about the horizon drift issue? Whaaaat?!??! This business is unbelievable. Will it stay like this for ever? If yes, I am going to bail out to things less frustrating and expensive. What is supposed to be the difference between...

    Zenmuse Z15 5D MARK III

Well I´m on to my second Zenmuse as the first one had a faulty tilt motor and Kopterworx kindly replaced it with a new one. The new one was shipped from China to Kopterworx and it was (supposedly) tested in China before shipping. On this one the horizon drifts very badly. Even on a slow pan the...

    DJI A2 Official Users' Thread

Yes, I was talking specifially about ESC's with built-in BEC. So to put it short and simple: Yes, one has to remove the red wire in case the ESC has a built in BEC also with the A2 controller. A bit unfortunate the manual doesnt mention this.

    DJI A2 Official Users' Thread

Does anyone know if it still necessary to remove the red wire from ESC´s with built-in bec? On Wookong manual it is clearly stated that: "If you use 3rd party ESC´s, please cut the red wire (power wire) of your ESC´s. On A2 manual I did not find such instructions.

Zenmuse for Black Magic Pocket & DJI Lightbridge HD link

Yes I understad. But that nevertheless means that I have to split the black ground wire into two as there is only one ground wire and both the +5v and video signal need ground.

Zenmuse for Black Magic Pocket & DJI Lightbridge HD link

I tried both 1080p and 720p and they did not work. How do I add the 5v? I think it needs ground also, so the ground wire has to be split? There is only one ground wire in my converter.
