Jack, Previously, the WKM could be turned on and the throttle was immediately "live", ie knock the stick and it would start to spin up. With the arm function, nothing works until the sticks are both moved to the bottom corners. It also means that if you inadvertantly turn off the transmitter...

    WK-M Crash

I noticed the same thing when the battery gets low, it loses altitude and I have to give more throttle to keep it up. I have a voltage meter which gives a loud chirp when the battery gets to a certain level...better to have an audio alert instead of a flashing light, you immediately realise...

WK-M Detailed Descriptions on Autopilot parameter setting

Gestaltung, when you adjust the parameters and click "write", does the battery need to be disconnected and reconnected, or can you just fly without resetting? Thanks, Gunter.

What would you do - Internal vs External Wiring ?

I had the same thoughts, but went for the wires inside the booms. I don't like too much external wiring...saying that, I don't think I have used a huge amount of extra wire. A benefit of external wiring is that it's a lot easier to assemble and replace parts if needed...

    looking for wk-m startup help

You've probably installed the new firmware, which requires a new stick input to arm the heli, before you can fly. Hold both sticks down in the bottom left hand corner for a second to arm, same procedure to disarm....have a read of the latest manual :)

GoPro Video taken on my quad

Rich, I had a similar problem with my gopro on my Draganflyer. What I did was add a little bit of extra weight to the camera mount, which stopped the high frequency vibration. I found that the camera was too light for the mount and was vibrating. Hope that helps, Gunter.

    New Build and Test Flight

I would deffo make sure CG is in the middle of that plates. It just makes a lot more sense, that will make sure all the motors do the same amount of work. Totallycommitted had a CG problem this weekend at our meet, and it made a big difference when he moved his battery from the left hand side to...
