    i always do the esc's individually with my transmitter/ reciever, dont use the FC, it sets em to 1050/1850 (lo/hi) then i set values of 1040 and 1850 into the FC using the GCS

    sounds good on the touch and goes, with a landing spot 15 feet away i can practice outside under my favorite power lines :) now to remove the LG !

    aparently yes, both use the same chip (hobby wing) I believe the RC timer yellow esc's are also one and the same, i have used about 30 of each with one failure from what i understand, hobbywing are the mfg, turnigy and RCT are the Hobbywing re branded

    what could be fun is the most touch and goes on a object in a minute land on object, take off, circle object, repeat (circle around is important, saves it being a bouncing contest) you dont need to be an awesome pilot to compete, and it will help build control skills

    @pete - that 14mm carbon is weak, have about 8 tubes here, going to use em for camera mounts - im using nylon cable glands to hold them
