DJI 450. Can I just use a larger battery?

It's a good resource. Definitely well worth the few bucks to have access to the full parameters/components.

What battery for Tarot 2 axis gimbal?

You could just run a tap off the PDB to use power from your flight battery since you're using 3S, but based on your other post, this may adversely effect your flight time a bit. These gimbals will run fine off 12v, and there are many small 3S batteries that could be added if you want a...

DJI 450. Can I just use a larger battery?

It's always a balancing act between higher capacity and higher weight. Best bet is to find what you current batteries weigh, and shop around for some batteries with additional capacity, but as light as possible. Ecalc can give you a rough idea of what the additional weight will do to the...

    XAircraft SuperX

That's the best way - strip it back to the basics and start from scratch. I honestly think it's less frustrating that way, despite feeling like you are going backwards sometimes.

Nice! Good luck with the testing/tuning.

What's better... smaller & more or larger but fewer lipos?

That's something that hasn't been mentioned yet. But the PDB can definitely be a weak link - and then all this effort for quality wiring, connectors and expensive batteries can all go down the drain quick.

Help there is something wrong with my naza atti mode!?

Nothing to do with a DJI controller. You bind your radio with the receiver - and the receiver needs to be connected to the flight controller, just like when you're flying. Then plug the USB into the computer - open the app and your good to go. Did you not do this before flying???

    S900 A2 Yaw issues

It may be simply from the fact that the motors are changing power to complete the yaw - which it looks like is happening rather abruptly. Have you tried dialing in a bit of expo to the yaw to see if it will smooth out?

Help there is something wrong with my naza atti mode!?

You need to go into assistant and check to make sure your mode switch is making the arrow/highlighted mode light up for each of the 3 positions. If not, you need to adjust your end points so that the switch lands perfectly on the 3 modes.

    Naza motor arming problem

Glad you got it sorted out. If you want to hear a linear throttle response - it would need to be in manual mode. ATTI and GPS want to see 50% throttle for lift off. Sorta like an auto-take off.

Agreed. It's a sticky wicket. I also feel there is a higher level of content here at MRF, and fewer trolls. Would love to keep it that way. But with the growing numbers of pros out there who could contribute to health dialog - it would be ashame if they never found the site by MRF being left...

    Can someone explain Mixing

I think to get it to work regardless of which mode it's in, you'll have to move the rate around on that extra switch channel to find a sweet spot. I'm not positive you can achieve it - but realize that the mode switch is only arriving at the modes by finding the correct end points to make the...

    Can someone explain Mixing

Sorry, I realized that I let the head hurting distract me! :) Yes, the rate would basically be equivalent to the travel (or end points), and the offset moves the center position around. I think you should be a let to follow that video if you have an extra switch. The easiest way to do it...

    Can someone explain Mixing

Wow. That made MY head hurt. :) Unfortunately I don't have a spectrum radio here to mess with to see how this would work. Hopefully some of the spectrum guys will chime in. Sorry.

Awesome! Way to stick with it and see it through. Little bit of tweaking and you should have it dialed in.

Well, now you're getting somewhere! :) When you say FCB, you mean the flight controller? I think you should be fine with only the one power wire running to the rig from a single ESC. Make sure you heat shrink/tape off the cut wires. A BEC with no ESC power wires would I guess rule that out...
