Hello Patrick, I'm using one with my 14MZ and I love it. Simple and clean install. This is for flight testing to allow easier tuning on the fly. I'll decide what Poti's I want to keep and normalize the rest. I just followed the Wiki info. for installation. I hope this helps.

Sorry David, I came in late here and did a quick scan of the previous pages, my mistake. My statement was based on the first video from post one. In that video, the plate is not there.

I think you need to install the doubler plate that came with the gimbal. It's not installed in the video. The doubler mounts under the plate. Just lign it up and use the four corners for the hardware. The doubler is for heavier cams. It'll take the bounce out.

Too bad this info wasn't in a manual either as you have it here or at least as a reference. Neither the Pletty's or even the AEROdrive had manuals at time of purchase or delivery. At the time of purchase, Pletty didn't have any info on these motors so all we had was what's been advertised by you...
