I've just determined that I can't get into the advanced settings because the "left" button doesn't work on the joystick of the gray setup harness. Is there another way to access and adjust the parameters without left? Anyone ever cut one of these things open? Think it's repairable?

I have looked with a magnifying glass and it's not cold solder point on the board cam itself, or a bad wire at the molex end of the harness.

I was able to do a return of 2 cameras I purchased. The cameras I got just were not a good fit for me. They refunded me, minus shipping cost. Over all a great experience. I reordered new cameras from the International Warehouse and got them in less than 2 weeks. I would say great time considering the crap I got from Hobby King in the past took months. I will order from them again in the future.
