Notice to Airmen Government doing Secret GPS "interference testing"

Anyone using GPS in The Southeastern US beware of the Navy doing "GPS Interference testing" that affected me here in Colorado today! Here is the link to the PDF from the FAA. I'm at 4600 feet and all my GPS devices thru a fit and my A2 couldn't keep 3 satellites when it normally sees 14 (in my...

Anyone using Hobbywing Xrotor Pro ESCs?

I'm running 6 of the 40A X-Rotor ESC's on my Tarot T960 powering Foxtech 4016 KV380's. I picked them up in March and I have 30+ hours on them and I love them. They are very smooth, very responsive and haven't given me a second of concern. My Tarot hovers extremely stable and slow yaw pans are...

A2 voltage readings with Tiger u7 (v2.0) motors

You may want to check out putting power conditioning capacitors ahead of your ESC's. I have 3 - 470uF 35VDC Electrolytic capacitors in parallel with the circuit on all six of my ESC's. (8460uF total!) I'm flying a TarotT960 with an A2 setup and I get super stable voltage readings during my...

My GPS Pro Plus showed up Friday. I was invoiced only 100 dollars (maybe due to in warranty status) I installed it over the weekend and so far, knock on my wooden head, I have not had any issues getting the Assistant to see it and talk to it. Work around for displaying IOSD logs

I found a way to view the IOSD logs. Currently the default x axis is "Time" but some how the IOSD is only reporting time from -.6 seconds to +.6 seconds! The work around is to change the X axis from "Time" to "Main_Voltage" for every data point you want to examine... The main voltage drops as...

    iOSD logs not showing

I have found a work around to this issue... Change the X axis to be the Main_Voltage on each data point you want to see on the graph... The voltage drop of the main battery happens across the time that you use it so, the Main_Voltage can replace time on the X-Axis... It isn't pretty but you get...

    HAM Call Signs

It sure would be nice on the OSD Mark II's (and Mini's) to have a user enterable field that would let us display our HAM call signs in the OSD display. It would help us comply with the FCC call sign rules... How does one propose new features to DJI? Bob

XAircraft XAircraft Camera Mounts !!! In-Stock !!! XAircraft USA

I've had to look at those grub screws a couple of times, they don't seem to want to stay tight. The vibration from the motors shakes them loose so I just check them for tightness every other flight. Just seems like my preflight list just gets longer and longer.

Boy that Savox servo sure did make a real difference. I think i'll have to get one and give it a try. Have you oiled your motor bearings lately? Sounded like one of them was going dry with that high pitched squeel... I use this stuff and it really helped getting the last of the vibration under...

Hey there, I live/fly in Greeley on the East side of town. XA has a really good frame and it flys well in a basic config. The GPS has been troublesome and i think they are about to sort it out with the release of their Autopilot module. The unhappy folks are the ones with no copter experience...

Hello from sunny and windy mile high Colorado

Hi all! I got my XAircraft X650V8 in mid-August. I really enjoy how it flies. I just got my compass and GPS electronics last Saturday. The GPS works as advertised and it is a great relief to know that my failsafe is set so that if my craft loses radio contact it will return and hover where it...
