XAircraft Xaircraft 650 parts

Hi Guys -
My first post here -
I have an Xaircraft 650 with a burnt ESC board - everything powers up, but the motors don't spin.
It's the older version that doesn't colaps the arms.

Can anyone advise me where I can get this part? - none of the USA sellers have this part and the website doesn't have information on where I can get this part alone -
