there is a disable all knobs option in naza assistant, did you click that?

send a letter to horizon and see what they say about it. You said the knob shows movement in monitor? man, weird. you said it works with different switch, even weirder, that would mean it's not the wire on the reciver to naza....... stumped, thinking horizon will walk you through the details...

so the aux 3 knob is assigned to ch6 aka. aux1 in your radio? If you goto endpoints, that is still -100 100 for aux1?
