Read some more on this.. I was going down that route for the exact same reasons, seemed simpler and there was an instruction book I could read!.. Went for MK in end and am very happy with it.. It looks really complicated but its aint that bad once you commit to it and slowly find your way around...

After four weeks meticulously rebuilding my ADX I was at the point of flyght testing.. Beautiful day no wind not a cloud.. wave the missis off on the way for a days biking while I got set to go fly.. One last check, What happened... my ADX hit the kitchen ceiling gouging great chunks in it...

Ctbon. I am a mac user and use Bootcamp on my MBP running XP. I had a right mare getting it up and running but I am using a bluetooth connection. I am travelling home today after working away in London. The wether is looking great for flying this weekend so I will be carrying out flight testing...

CTbon.. I am with Crash on the soldering. not sure what the wired for on the + / - pads on the flight control board but I would go back and get some more solder on there. Since trying to repair my ADX I have learn't a lot about soldering. Patience and just coz the solder has run does not always...

The problem here is who's got the kahunas and the wedge to defend an action. Unfortunately the cost is down to the defendant if he fails. It does not cost to much to start the proceedings but to defend it is a whole new ballgame. You would have had to have some pretty expensive advice to defend...
