hmm strange one. If it spins the motors the ESC gets a ppm signal thats for sure, so cabling is working also. Its not only timing but voltage protection cut off battery type etc that could be different now. Can you still enter the menu on the other ESCs. Could it be that you changed something...

Killby are you using a progamming card or are you using the receiver Radio throttle method ? Can you calibrate the ESC or does that also not work ? Edit. Do you have a servo tester ? than hook it up to the ESC and see if it even spins up the motor ? Boris
