As much as I love DJI and the Wookong, I think I'd be a bag of nerves trusting it to follow 50 waypoints. Hell, don't think I'd like it to try 3 or 4.

I don't think it means there is a hardware fault, the hardware hasn't changed in years. However, the software has a different effect, sometime good sometimes bad, every time a new upgrade is released. I doubt they will do anything with your unit if you sent it back, other than tell you it's fine...

I think I'd rather go Hoverfly than MK. I wonder how many more Wookong updates there will be now the new DJI FC is coming out? Also wondering what the new FC will be like. Also, Droider, did you have the IOC stuff enabled? I was going to try disabling that next, but if it makes no difference...

I experienced the same problems as Droider with latest firmware. I did post something about it on rcgroups in the dgi wookong thread but it got swamped nearly right away with the usual drivel and was overlooked. I thought it was the IOC messing up because it seemed like it was flipping in and...

Soaringclauz, love the fireworks, beautifully captured. It's got me thinking of an idea... I wonder how high the fireworks go and if it's possible to hover above them and look straight down, that would look pretty unusual I think.... might give it a go with an old quad and gopro first. :)

I agree with bensid54, using a separate bec is better for powering your flight controller. I think it's safer too, if you overdo it sometime and burn out the ESC that happens to be powering your FC and lose control completely it would be a disaster.

Send the HF in and see if they can fix it (they probably can), and don't plug red wires from ESCs into flight controllers in future. Give the Naza with GPS a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Regarding your additional build, I've been looking at the TBS Discovery Pro with built in...

Oh, that's interesting. I thought there must be some kind of CP thing going on when I saw one flying upside down. I wonder do they autogyro at all so you can do a semi controlled crash landing if the motor fails?

I've been using a pancake lens. Everything is nice so long as you don't want to pitch the camera down too far (not very far) or move your machine forwards. I noticed that the gimbal goes a bit crazy if I fly forwards at a reasonable speed. I'm not sure why this is, if it because it's hitting...
