I've had my SJ8 for just over a year now & my AV200 + RSGS for 2 months, this is how far we have got during the last 2 months. Trike retracts installed, RSGS nearly sorted, but horizon still drifting a touch....any comments would be appreciated guys. Ross

My old 6s 5000ma packs that I use on my trex 600 are stripped back & I make 2 x 3s packs. Currently I have 4 lipos needing stripping back to make me 8 x 3s 5000ma packs...great for my high torque starter that I use on my 50cc SU26! Tuukkuli, The newset firmware is 1.2.2. You can use the RSGS without a receiver, but it will be forward pointing & level...no pan or tilt control. Ross

After messing about with my AV200 & RSGS I have noticed a slight creep...tilts over to the right slightly & bobbles up & down slightly!!! I set it up with a canon 40D on it, which seemed to help slightly.....do you think i should increase the gains or decrease going from what I've said? Ross

I use midland GXT550, they are quite small with a really good range, but I think they stopped making the 550's some time ago, but the new models are even better (range wise). I have managed 2 miles in a built up area....not that your camop & yourself will need to be 2 miles apart ;) You can buy...

Ken, your answer has just answered a question I was going to ask...I have 3 savox servos on my gimbal & running off a 3s 1350ma lipo (25c). I get 2 flights of 8 mins each & the battery voltage is way down, 3.7v per cell...video TX nearly cuts off! Ross
