I think we Aussies are the only country that eats our coat of arms animals. EMU steaks are quite tasty, more like a red meat than a poultry. Roo, however is rich and gamey. I don't like it much. You dont eat koalas though, they are too cute. Crocodile steaks are also popular.
But me, wagyu beef all the way.
