Thank you all for helping me & at last...yes its working....of sorts ;) Done it 1 servo at a time & then XY level, Z level...each time saving & then autotune...then saved again. Unplugged CPU & re-started RSGS...she works :) but doesn't quite go back to level, if I power off & on again, she...

The reason I set XY level firat, well according to my way of thinking. The RSGS needs to know what's level BEFORE it can tell the servos to move..to level itself? It needs a reference to what level feels like to itself? If it wasnt level & i sorted the servos first & then levelled after...then...

Iceman, you got great eyesight mate ;) As for your question, I can't honestly answer because I don't fly my MR that fast to be honest, I try my best to keep it slow & smooth, but thats the style I fly. Maybe its wind resistance pressing against the tray & the rsgs sensing the movement trying to...

Now I'm even more confused?????:upset: Do I only do 1 servo at a time & then unplug & connect in the other servo...then plug the first back in.....this sounds very long winded & very complicated. I didnt read the bit in the manual about that!!!! But I'm glad so many have chipped in, at least...

OK here's my video, its only 14 mins & speeded up when I adjusted the servo's in the software so you don't have to sit there twiddling your thumbs. Now can someone tell me where I'm going wrong here...PLEASE! Regards Ross

Where all the leads plug into your RSGS, just above the socket on the RSGS you will see a version number? I have done that Nic.....wait until you see my video which is editing now (via windoze movie maker) & I will upload it on YT in about 15 mins or so, then post the link here. Ross

Pete I have shot a video & need to edit & upload it so EVERYONE can tell me where I'm going wrong? Did you rotate your copter to see if the horizon holds level?? What version of hardware are you running Pete? Ross

Tell you what, I'll do a video & then you can all see my results. I have removed the drive belt on tilt & the drive wheel on roll, so you can see & hear what's going on & maybe tell me where I'm going wrong ;) Ross

WTF!!! No one is mocking you Nic, all i want to know is if I'm jumping out of the frier into the frying pan...I want to know what the new anomalties are? I installed 1.7beta, reset everything back to factory defaults...both roll & tilt servos reading 1500. But no matter what I do they keep on...

I agree, if you want to take the chance..then you should be able to beta test for PH. Have you tried asking them? Why not ask PH to put up every new beta version with a warning attached of course that if you naff up your RSGS then its your own fault, that sounds good to me ;) Ross

I believe Mike who is really Nic is one of about 8 testers. Ross
