The video signal thats used on the 7D is digital so it wont work because you need an analogue signal. Maybe scour around and look for some sort of digital to analogue converter?

I dont know how you guys manage to use these calculators. Ive tried before but I just dont have all the info thats needed. I realise that some can be found out by looking at product specs but theres plenty of info that just doesnt exist.

Usable frequencies depends on your countries frequency allocations, so what may be ok for me to use may not be the case for you. The bands of frequencies for video transmission is 900mhz, 1.2ghz, 1.3ghz, 2.4ghz, 5.8ghz in the future we may see 3.8ghz. There are LOADS of FPV shops out now but...

If thats what it sais then I guess it does come assembled but this doesnt seem like something MK would do. Anyways soldering on the ESC's to the distribution board wasent actually hard for me. The tricky part was soldering on the tiny molex connector.

I would say that is unlikely as the MK manuals show that you need to solder on the ESC's as well. Maybe some confirmation from someone that bought a kit with a distribution board?
