    Newbie DJI F450 Build

I'm going to do a little looking on the DX6 because of channel # since I'm using the DX8 & mixing...etc From what I am reading it's up to the Receivers capabilities for the pre-set failsafe feature like my AR7010 DSMx that does work with a DSMx transmitter like the DX6i. I'd like to hear from...

Replacement Motor Spinners - where can I get some?

:cheerful: Nice pic! If DJI responds please let us know as I wondered the same but vendors don't have that as an order option

2 different 2212 motors and 30A escs from DJI?

Oh it's been submitted... I don't expect to see a validation on something like this. I got a replacement motor & ESC but that only helps on the first flip

    Newbie DJI F450 Build

To my knowledge yes it can bind to many rx's even an AR9000

Moved over to the sharp side Graupners 10" on order...

Nope, just part of how the prop is made.

    Newbie DJI F450 Build

Not sure on the 7000 but my 7010 can do pre-set fail safe or last position failsafe. I use pre-set of course

2 different 2212 motors and 30A escs from DJI?

One motor was bad out of the box and it was verified by swapping motors. Then 20 good flights and all of a sudden it flipped to the ground after 1 minute of flying. I was VERY lucky that I was only 10-12 feet high vs the 150 the prior flight

2 different 2212 motors and 30A escs from DJI?

No spacers came with my kit, I did look at the screws and I don't see them being too long. Flying this high (not nearly as high as you guys are) is a dumb move on my part and I already took all my cam gear off. I'll email Lou to see if he has any communication from DJI, they really need to buck...

It's the one "in hand" My Naza box light is always solid red also.

2 different 2212 motors and 30A escs from DJI?

It's a real bummer for me so far. Flipping to the ground from more than 6 feet up has had me replace multiple props, front arms & 2 motors to make me feel better. FPV gear is better off being put on my dog for a jog :(

Help Naza not behaving, all over the place

I'm voting bullet connectors... I have had my F450 go down twice now. Each time I had 20+ great flights then BAM the flip down to the ground. Move the bullets around and when it didn't snap an arm it was great a whole second pack. It's a bummer but I'm going to have to either change the bullets...

    Graupner 5mm vs DJI 5.1mm

Unless something has changed on the prop you'll need the entire hole to be 8mm with a reamer like you mentioned or a step ddrill bit fit flush down on the lower portion of the motor shaft. I might be misinterpreting your question :-/

    Graupner 5mm vs DJI 5.1mm

Well the stock DJI motor past the threads is 8mm so the prop will need to be fully reamed out to the 8mm allowing the prop to go past the threaded section onto the main portion of the motor shaft.

    Graupner 5mm vs DJI 5.1mm

I haven't measured the top portion that's threaded but are you talking about the bottom portion that is 8mm? That's what the Graupners need in order to fit the bottom of the DJI motor. What Graupners are you using? You can also use a stepper bit, have to grab the link I believe Kloner posted...
