Vibration on center plate can cause it. Check vibration on each arm. In my case : I have several bad motor bearing, cause severe vibration through center plate. After I change those bearing, it flew normal again

You set home point during hover. One home point with one POI, can't do multi POI on diffferent places. You can modify your flight pattern by using POI with different altitude/POI radius, approching object then switch on POI, etc Ary
