hi all

my name is keith i am from Dartford Kent UK

just found this forum looking for info on quads etc

I have a single rotor heli T-rex 450 for a few years now

have not flown for a while so broke out the sim a few months back downloaded all latest updates etc ( phoenix sim ) and to my surprize there is a gaui 330x in there which im sure never used to be or i never noticed it

also set my tx up so i can sim wire free now found details on another forum for that

this has got my adiction to fly started all over again

so i now am looking at buying and building my first quad not sure what yet

one quick maybe silly question how realistic is the 330x in the sim to the real thing

it just seems so easy to fly and realy stable i understand setting up the real deal to be as stable probably takes a bit of doing but thats all the fun in building somthing yourself

surely they are not this easy to fly are they

thankyou keith

Welcome to MRF Keith.

You'll find us a friendly bunch on here.

Go check out www.quadcopter.co.uk. Geoff is THE guy to talk to. Very helpful and will advise you on the best MR for your current skill set.

I started with the Gaui and still enjoy flying it. I had NO RC experience at all when I started last september, tried hellis than found quads. never looked back.

Again welcome and enjoy your stay

Dave
