I have a GH2 and with battery, card, and 20mm pancake lens it weighs only 544g and I think the GF2 is even lighter!

I've got my hands on the GF2 for several days. After getting into multirotor world, I'm evaluating every camera if they're suitable with copters or not

For weight wise, it's a perfect candidate.
For photo shooting, again it's a perfect candidate.
For video shooting, as Jeff stated, it's lack of manual control.

I've selected Sony NEX 5 for this type of work. But I'm pretty sure you'll be so happy with GF2.
