what do you mean by bad panning? I'm not familiar with that problem.

Well, the video is looking sharp, but when moving a bit faster, the video stutters a bit, just a bit, but ok.

I did see this more often in video's from the 550d than in GH2 video's..

You probably mean the 'jelly effect' when panning form side to side. There are some comparison videos out there. I did a lot of camera research before buying my GH2 and bought it for it's awesome video capabilities and performance. Comparable even to the almighty 5Dmk2 and at less than half the price. I put the 1.7 20mm pancake prime lens on it (~$450) which is super sharp and great in low light. The lens, body, battery, and card weigh a mere 544g.

Yes, reading nothing than positive about GH2, only the live view problem.

Never saw a picture about a setup with an small cam filming the screen.

For example how far do you mount it from the screen of the GH2 ?
