So far...the camera/unit is AMAZING! clarity....flexibility....expansion...and LANC control (yaaaa)


The ONLY squawks I hear from "the pro's" is that the size of the chip in relation to lens "Factor" is it would require a lens1.6-2x's smaller than a standard 35mm comparable. Since the "Supposed" prime vid lens for aerial work is approx. 30mm.....for a 4/3rds format lens....you'd need a 12-15mm. Finding one truly aspherical ( without a "Fisheye" look) is tough...NOT impossible...just tough.

The Blackmagic will be MY "go to" choice unless something ELSE comes up sooner when I finally upgrade from Hero3 and/or a Canon G10. (fixed lens)
