It sounds like a configuratin problem. Could be with x1 x2 and x3 ports. On the Phantom x1 and x2 are to the reciever and x3 goes to the power distribution board, EXP is to the GPS.

what????? What would that have to do with the procedure for arming the motors?

Aha. I see where you're going with that.

IIRC: The frequent beeps typically means that the ESC is not getting throttle signal. Have you completed a full calibration as Zy has mentioned?

also, make sure you're seeing the throttle and all sticks/switches move in the correct direction within the GUI.

ok, problem fixed.
Those Hobbywing platinium are a little way different to setup.
they like to have the trottle way in the 110% range and not 100 or 150 like others.
you can find this with some try and error and the beep frequency as described in the ESC manual.

Can you post the exact settings you decided on with your Tx? Might help others out in the future.
