    DJI M2212 Bearings.

    This sounds a lot like another hobby activity I do, Mineral prospecting. Enforcers come up with what they think should be enforced. If law enforcement tells you to stop you should stop. However they need to back up the why with an actual law,ordinace, regulation etc.... Do your home work...
