I have always used an old piece of carpet while flying Helicopters. You can get that for free from someone that replaces there carpeting. I would stake it down for the big helicopters/multirotors.

look for a video on you tube by the HPI guy he has a video on building retracts for multi copters sorry I dont have a link.

i would get some motors from hobby king they are allot cheaper and from the experience of buying over 25 motors of various types I have never had a problem. just my 2cents good luck with your build.

Can anyone tell me if it is ok to use XT60 conectors on 4s 4000 ma battery, or 4s 5000ma. I noticed that the batteries less than 3000 ma use XT60 but if you get anything higher than 3000 ma they use the big red connectors from hobby king. Thanks Mark

can I solder it in line between my power dist board and the LEDs I would solder some bullet connectors on one end of a wire, solder to voltage reg, solder wire to 6 way jst harness and plug in the LEDs to the jst harness.

thanks stacky I calibrated them one at a time but I had to reverse the direction of the throttle. I did it starting with the throttle at high position and at the low position and had to reverse the direction on the radio in both cases.
