Do you attach the motor mounts are pointing straight up (ie exactly 90 degrees of fc or frame) or do you angle them slightly one way or another (either towards center or away from it)? If the former, how do you make certain that all the mounts are pointing straight up and not slightly angled?

What's a best bang for your buck propeller brand?

As I understand it they eliminate the vec all together and transmit the signals optically to eliminate noise. Is that correct. Are they always better? Are there certain situations you want to use them and when you don't? I'm building an av rig, would you suggest I use them?

I can see the differences between components like motors, fc, frames, etc but I can't really see the differences between esc. Are there any? Rotorgeeks had a cool video showing the durability of their esc so I was kind of leaning towards getting one from them. Any other recommendations?
