I want to attach black and red wires from distribution boards with female end bullet connectors. Do I match the gauge from battery? If so anyone know what garage the turnigy nano tech 6s 4500 mah battery uses?

keep in mind wire gauge is generally a factor of how much current will be occupying the wires.
6S batteries typically are wired with 10ga. And rightfully so, current for the "whole system" will be flowing there. But power to an ESC is only the current for that single unit, a fraction of the overall system. 12-13ga will be more than enough for your power leads if you have ESC's limited to 60A or less. As for ESC->Motor, 14-15ga is common.
