I'm on there mailing list and yesterday they sent out a notice that there offering free shielding for v1, just send em a letter but v2 needs $80 spent at there store for a free one, something about the notice was on the site when they have sold them that it causes interference. uhf is required...

    Gimbal Jitters.

gotcha, that size servo doesn't leave a ton of choices. one of the more known for reliability and smoothness is the mighty feather hs-65 mg. but none of em come in crazy high resolution, super smooth types. Align 410's are horribly unreliable. jr has that 309 or something like that, used to be...

    Charging lipo

your not suppose to leave it at all, but a week would be considered normal. after a few weeks and if they hit heat like house gets hot cause you kill the ac for vacation or whatever will make damage. it's not alot, but any is bad I had posted some info on this a long time ago. forget where it...

this is such a niche market that unless your just trying to see and feel stuff, your gonna want to shop with one of the larger outfits, They have alot of different product and alot of support. readymade, urbandrones are a couple good ones. if you just want to see stuff in action and talk, find...

    Lithium Polymer Troubles

try a few cycles but there not self healing. They may still work, but you might want to use em around ground equipment that's not vital if theres such a thing. Starters, tv's, lighting, etc

    Gimbal Jitters.

in general, jr servos especially metal gear ones develop slop, fast. when the teeth get sloppy, the pot constantly tries to center it and being fast, it'll flutter finding neutral. alot of guys here seem to like the savox line for gimbles. i've used and another gimble guy is going with the...

Calibration issues, need some help with a tricky one

everytime you move a trim tab on a radio connected to naza, naza tries to correct it the next time you boot up. You don't want any trim, sub trim, especialy throttle sub trim and if you haven't yet, get that 50% throttle in finishing assistant calibration. That shows naza where the altitude hold...

    Lithium Polymer Troubles

Generally speaking, this is like running a a car out of oil. it may still seem right, but i'd be vary cautious over the next few cycles. i might even run those cycles on the charger and just let it take the abuse if something is wrong then re-read the ir. if it's damaged what you should notice...

Calibration issues, need some help with a tricky one

if you didn't before, when you click "finish" after calibrating, make absolute sure the throttle is at exactly 50%. it helps with the drifting bit as well as the altitude hold part. You can find that info by turning on your radios menu to throttle curve or monitor CG is huge, but generally naza...

    GoPro Third Party Accessories

I'm not sure of the names of the type, but the polar filter is directional. if i lay it on my cell phone lit up it almost goes black one direction, then rotated it to 90 degrees and super clear. it changed the way my camera records, especially around water by alot. The downside is there flat and...

Kloners Disco, lets try this again

what a nice club you got there. massive runway. them 10's just come into view. I'd try a set of 9's. 8's even on a big motor feel like stock, doesn't use much for amps/watts

Kloners Disco, lets try this again

got another disco coming that i'll leave normal on front and use the pad on, hoping to put a cc3d if us normal people ever get to have one That video was with the pad, but later i glued on the short tips, then pulled them off cause they compressed to nothing, then put half length ones and used...

Kloners Disco, lets try this again

it wasn't bad. had the 4000mah 4s in back weird cause when i pulled back to stop it does a little nod like you just leaned forward, etc. hopefully the other servo is easier to dial in than this one. at least i have a programer for the servo to adjust anything that needs.

Kloners Disco, lets try this again

if you mean counterbalance the disco, it flew bitchen. if you mean counterbalance the gimble for the cam, no way in hell, the frame/core/video stuff is right there. 400 gram servo should be good enough if it'll center and move smooth. this turned into i'm flying through the gopro on this one...

Kloners Disco, lets try this again

Well, got this gimble in my hand and i couldn't not mess with it. the gimble is really clean, super free, smooth and slop free. the servo i had around to try sucked, is a jr 8417 and by the numbers should have worked fine, but i've had it long enough to know about the flutter it has, seen it a...
