the favorite fpv pilot voltage regulator (bec) is what we refer to the dollar regulator. You can get the same one from dpcav for $20 but ebay has em for a buck and change. There 3 watts so there enough to run a whole system or just a transmitter. at this level of the game i'd get immersion 5.8...
