I ordered the touch bacpac, this thing is alot of work when it's ran through the phone app.... got the distortion in this clip greatly reduced changing the fov in the hero,,,, opens up alot of manual settings. can look in the shaddows of the shaddows. pretty cool

yes, any power sources for the cameras is definately a plus when there built in. on my monitor i just run 3s straight into it all there isn't one thing on any project i touch that's normal wires and connectors..... i drill holes through cases, solder my connections to the pcb, relief strain...

no, i hack the osd cable that comes with it and power up through it.... remove all the osd pins till it's three wires power i get from buck converters that's the turnigy $50 dvr... records to sd

the dw retracts are really nice for a dw frame, they bolt right onto existing rivnuts and come with the quick release with vibe iso, ultra deluxe ride for any camera 2-12 lbs. they bolt to any frame pretty easily,,,, but if you were mounting to a real cinestar frame the cinestar vibe iso...
