it sure feels and sounds better but is still showing the same symptom. Guess i'll have to keep trying

it leaves the ground so much "freer"
I'm using a level app on my iphone, free. I had the nice one from helidirect from...
it is a square armed frame so a straight edge didn't work since there was no easy adjustment. I'd have never guessed such a small amount of sanding a flat thing just a little off center would generate so much fluctuation in degrees at the prop. i'm calibrating the finder at the frame over said...
i took a angle finder to her and there is some slight .3 or less variation so guess i'll see if i can true it up...... props are all the same. i was thinking the small props with the massive motors would have something more to do with it, we will se here shortly. This is 1100mm with u7 and 20...
can you guys take a look at this and tell me where i'm at? notice the counter motors are used less...

maybee, i did the x8 thing for a while and just don't benefit for the type of filming we do with the motors down low in frame like they do
1000 is like a skyjib, cinestar, hexacrafter 1100,,,,
we've been flying gh3 under an 800 and decided it's not enough so we just stretched her out even further. worked fine in perfect conditions, but got squirely in wind. 1000mm smooths that right out
800 on 6s, no question
i'll be leasing a few airframes shortly, like camera rentals. Latest greatest stuff built and maintained by myself. if you wanted to try before you buy, or even lease something for a while to make sure it's what you need
you can strip the plastic case off any hdmi and get them down to smaller than a right angle, usually. cut/pry/twist the case off, fold the wires back over the metal part and drop a heat shrink over it to make it more than 90 degrees
when you step up to a full frame dslr that is alot for an AD size frame and a perfect match for something like SkyJib. in dji, that's a s1000, hexacrafter that's an hc1100
the problem is there glass, it's all pretty big and very heavy. GH3 imo is way better for 99% of what we do over 5d. lipo...
Got this lens tonight so slapped it on to check it out. not too bad, $350 ish, Kowa 1.6f 3.5-10mm
I'll work on getting this one in the sky and check it out.....
it'll do it over propped as well..... if you have a smaller set to try, see if it still does it. if you have an iosd, download the logs and see where the throttle range is riding.
same prices as t-motor, little less actually. I just picked up a set of the 3520 to try out on a cracked out disco. also will have a u5 set on another cracked out disco to directly compare em to mt3520 stats
Thanks. It is alot, we've lifted it i'd guess in the 35-40 lbs range auw. the raw frame, retracts with everything to go except battery is 12lbs and change. gimbal is another 2-3, cam we've lifted to 14 lbs..... with 20 amp hours of 6s. Those alone are really heavy.... it feels like a bag of dog...
i never fly gps. when i did on the only other superX i flew it was weird and i didn't prefer it. since i'm running a sat on ezosd pro i'd rather just not have the thing sitting up there for no reason. if i ever need it i can mount and use it. I do the same thing to my nazas..... don't even want...
