Make sure all belts and gears are tight with no slop. The next step would be trying different servos. I put a Freefly servo on my av130 pan and it made a huge difference. It went from unusable to silky smooth instantly.

What gimbal are you using?

Try putting the main gains as high as possible before it vibrates. Also try turning all of the gains besides the mains to 0. Make sure your gimbal moves smoothly and that nothing is rubbing or causing any kind of hang up. Good luck. TB

Anybody know how to set up the aux feature? I think I finally have a workable pan up and running. I don't have a single cable out of my harness that is labeled aux. my rsgs is version 1.2 and I did a wiring mod per website instructions first thing. Thanks, Tom

I will second vip here. The only real problem I've ever had from rsgs is that it won't hold level - especially on a pan. Now that's a pretty big problem. But I have never had a software crash or constant roll or several other problems people are describing. TB
