Try rotating the GPS Puck 5 degrees Clockwise and see if the issue gets better or worse. If worse go the opposite direction. Keep making small adjustments until you get it dialed in. This solved the problem for me.

I think you got the wrong one. The White one takes RCA input and turns it into HDMI output. You need the Black box which takes the HDMI and converts it to RCA. Dont feel bad. I ordered like 10 of the white ones only to find out I got the wrong ones lol.

It is OK to start rotating your GPS puck about 5 deg at a time. Go in one direction, If the swirling gets worse, then go in the opposite direction. Keep making small udjustments until it is locked in pretty good. Hope that helps, Patrick
