I think you have a problem wtih the voltage monitor, "disconnected" is not normal.

When it is coming down, you can push up a little bit the throttle to decrease the descend.

Yes I undestand but if your voltage is 20.4, when on charge, voltage drop below 18.6 so, you land ..... What is the voltage before to start a flight?

For a 6S battery a fully charged Lipo voltage should be about 25.2 V. If your charged battery show 20.4 V that may be the problem and you should make or a full charge or a Calibration.

Probably it is not a signal lost but some problem "well know" about the DX8. I thing you have to check your soft revision and the building date of the transmitter to see if they are not into the wrong place. Take a look into DX8 forum for DX8 failures.

Unfortunatly, not. It is well balanced. If it's was not I suppose that only one side motors will be warmer. In my case, that's odd motors. Even motors are normal.

On my Hexa equipped with AXI motors 2814/22 and propellers XOAR 13x6.5 after each flight, I note the engines of 1.3 and 5 are warmer than others. Do you know that? What could be the reason?:dejection:

Hi Gary, I agree with your conclusions. I "follow" your experience with a build of my conception for my Gopro. I used Hyperion servos for the raisons you explained with a not to bad result. Until now I have not yet finished my trials and errors but results are pretty good for me.

With some Esc you may change the Switching frequence between 8-16 Khz. Sound like you are using 16 Khz and motors doe's not like that. Did you try a other type of Esc?

I do that by hanging my hexa leg by leg with 2 axes 1° Horizontal 2° Vertical Between each hanging a take a picture and after that with Paint I draw a ligne leg by leg. Here 2 images with the horizontal situation. After 2 lignes, you get de CG and it's easy to estimate mesure.

Ok for both, I found "Signature". @Boris, now I am with a low setting. All seem good but I am wondering if I can increase performance with a other setting. It's boring to change all setting and back if not good :-)
