I would agree with the thing is in Failsafe all the time or the bottom sliders are not in either Manual or Atti mode .. "They need to be lit up Blue" this is the bar at the bottom and usually needs like kloner says the end points or travel adjust reducing slightly to get them to light up on...

Firmware notes. What’s changed? Fix the no output problem when you are using traditional receiver and Octo-rotor. Optimize the gimbal control; reduce the gimbal shaking when GPS signal is weak. Geoff

Hi , I have run these on 5s with no issues , although I prefer to run most my machines on 4s. I think they are all similar spec , The Torxpower have been wound to 700kv . Geoff

I would check the obvious things like props on the right way .. I once believe it or not had a prop upside down and was flying and couldnt figure out why it was flying crap , sometimes it can be something so simple. Geoff

Are you flying in Atti mode ? with the amber light flashing ? You should be able to get it dialled in with settings ranging from 80-400 Ball park figures for octos are usually in the late 200 mark . Geoff
