Look what I'm going to play with in the morning... My D7000 fits on an AV130 by about a mm. I had to cut the rubber panel off, and I can barely fit a custom AV cable in the port. Can't believe it all fits and works well with the video downlink. Hovered it quickly to make sure it works well but...

Definitely a great question. I hadn't realized the skyline rotates with the tilt axis. This would create gimbal lock as Mario asked! Even with. 45 degree tilt it seems you get mixing... How has this been addressed??

It definitely makes adding any accessories to the multi easier than rewiring or adding to a harness IMHO.

Pulling up old thread... could someone with one of these Crash Cages do me a favor and tell me the distance from opposing mount pin to mount pin in MM? I'm trying to figure out if it will fit my non-droidworx hub plates. Thanks!

From the measurements I took ... You'll need a av200... I was planning on putting my d7000 on a photohigher as well.
