I can't offer much feedback on power distribution, but I noticed that you said you'll use 11,000mah batteries. If you're planning to use Maxamps batteries you should look at their 10,900mah batteries with a higher C rating.

We run our led strips off a 4S. Now you've got me thinking about dropping that voltage.

Dang. Now my LEDs are making me nervous. Let us know when you figure this one out. Voltage issue maybe? Just throwing out a guess.

Here's one that we shot when we first got going with Yonder Blue Films... We shot it with our Cinestar 8 with Hoverfly Pro and a homemade dolly. All filmed with a hacked GH2.

Thanks, Josh. We were using MaxAmps batteries on that shoot and have been ever since. The 11,000mah batteries have worked well for us. In the future we'll likely try some of the 10,900mah batteries with the higher C rating as those seem to be more appropriate to our applications.

Standard booms, so the max prop is a 14 which is fine for most of our stuff. I think we were using APC SF on this shoot. We mostly use Xoar beechwood props now (14x5). Glad you guys like the video - we appreciate it. It was a fun shoot - we hope to work with Remedy Films again.

I've made some changes in our hardware so it is hard to say how much effect the new firmware has had. The Cinestar is flying good though so I'm happy.

Been flying the latest update over saltwater today. Working well even in the ocean breeze.
