All up weight configuration and mounting location

Hello 1) If you change the weight (ALL_UP_WEIGHT) of your copter by using different LiPo's, different camera, additional FPV equipment, than your center of gravity (COG)will change...sometimes more and sometimes less. To set the correct center of gravity is pretty important and will affect the...

    S800, WooKong, Cinestar Gimbal

The S800 + WooKong M + Zenmuse gimbal would be a perfect combination.....IF you can life with the costs and the camera restrictions....The S800 is known for serious vibrations which doesn't matter when using the Zenmuse gimbal, but any other gimbal would give you just tons of headache. The crux...

    Advice on range

With the Futaba T8FG you made a good choice...Futaba is known for their reliable Tx/Rx connection. On average you should have a minimum range of 2 km - 2,5 km. Weather is not a real big issue (apart from thunderstorms and blizzards), but it is important to stay away from everything what is...

    S800 alternative props

I have been flying with APC and Xoar, but it is pretty logical that you will have to run different props (in that case plastic vs. wood) on different gain settings. I fiddle on the gains with each set of props untill I am happy, and than I save that settings in the WooKong Assistent software. So...

It should be a female name.....you never know what it's doing next, and most of the time it ends in a catasthrophe...and it's fu**ing expensive Chris

THE RUBBISH POST: Weather is sh*t outside...so I needed a good laugh

Keith, sometimes you need just that type of crazyness...especially to overcome the winter depression. That would be great.....since we have no "off-topic" section on this forum, I just tried this here....let's see if there are enough people here with a good sense of humor. Chris

    S800 alternative props

The props should not slip at all..... If you say you cannot tighten the nuts hard enough to avoid prop slipping, then there is something wrong. Maybe your prop is too thin (the nut reaches already the end of of the adapter thread before producing enough force to hold the prop in place)...
