I've decided mine is an intermittent handshake issue. It initialises and functions fine but the camera does not like talking to the gimbal. The flashing green light only occasionally happens. No camera settings have been changed. Bizarre! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am at my wits end with the GH4 gimble. Live view out is completely intermittent. LED is solid no feed. I thought we had sorted it the other day with the usual 1080p feed out issue. But no. Had two successful flights today and then no feed on the third. No settings have been changed...

The autofocus on the Olympus 12mm is still not great IMO. For aerial work I focus on infinity (the red in the bar) and use the focus assist while looking at a landscape scene and adjust so I get the best depth of field. I'm still not super happy with it for stills (lack of crispness) but video...

I think you'll find most GH4 users myself included run it in manual mode for stills and video. GH4 is not the best for stills IMO but a fantastic video machine.

If you have a zoom lens you can operate that with a LANC cable but not on the Zenmuse gimble. See my posts about your other questions. It suck it and see with exposure etc.

My GH4 gimble isn't ready yet so I'm running on an AV130 just now.

My on the ground GH4 4k filming has been outstanding quality.

I'm on Auto WB but focus the same as you. I like the idea of 4k as it give more real estate for editing? Will be playing with UHD next week to see what I can achieve.
