I wouldnt argue that there are additional sources of vibrations from airflow but I dont think telling people to NOT balance is the right thing. You should check each and every prop on a good balancer and make sure it is at least close. Plus, with the exception of props with massive hubs like...

I got mine to work fine. took me a minute to verify what channel was what. Radio off, plug into the back, bind the tx/rx, should get a signal right away. i should also add that I never actually flew my zephyr with the setup but I did see the servos move. it's been a while since Ive used it...

Saying that props don't need to be balanced is just silly. Maybe it's not so critical that you get them spot on perfect but I can tell you first hand that unbalanced props can shake your Heli to breakage!

Not having a programming degree and just thinking out loud.... Logically, if a parameter that tells the FC to respond to input positions acquired by the gps, why would there not also be a parameter that tells the FC to ignore any input from the gps if the movement goes over a certain value...
