EZUHF with JR 9503?? Anyone using this combination?

Hi all,

I'm trying to use a JR9503 with an EZUHF transmitter but it doesn't seem to be working. There are references online to this being an unusable combination even though Readymaderc sells JR cables on their website.

Has anyone used this?

Thanks,
Bart

I got mine to work fine. took me a minute to verify what channel was what. Radio off, plug into the back, bind the tx/rx, should get a signal right away. i should also add that I never actually flew my zephyr with the setup but I did see the servos move. it's been a while since Ive used it but if I have a chance Ill give it another go, unless someone gets to it before me. I would say ask Kloner but he's on Futaba.

i also posted the question at FPVLAB and got this reply

It will work but its HIGHLY not recommended. These radios are not properly shielded from the rear so when you attach the UHF unit it will blast your internals and has caused issues in the past. Of course your results may very but best advice is NO.

well, maybe it's not a good idea then. :) But I did make the connection on my jr9503 which was what you asked.

yes you did and I thank you sir. i've got it working with an Aurora 9 so that's the new plan of plans.
