The Vulcan black widow X8 folds. You can use both mantis arms, and straight arms. I bought mine from vulcan directly at uavshop.co.uk . They are a pleasure to buy from, and even made some custom parts to me. I absolutly recommend them. Superb quality and really good service.

How will this thing yaw if all the props are running at same speed?

I will have battery monitoring both with the osd and frsky telemetry. There are man reasons why I want the osd. Battery monitoring is just one of them. And having duble monitoring makes it even safer. I think safe is a keyword when building a pro rig ;)

I just read in the iOSD mk2 manual that "If 4S-6S then: Output voltage = 11.2V". So the problem is solved (by reading the manual). :)
