My F450 is connected to the Naza Assistant Software? The LED stops flashing when connected to the computer and my TX is on, but there appears to be no relationship between computer and F450 beyond that. Help!
Terrific! Which soldering iron matches that description?
How do I make sure the shaft and cones are true before I buy it? And if that's not possible, how I do so after I bought it?
It's time. I need to get a good soldering iron and prop balancer. Since I need to get something else from Hobby King, it would be great if one or both came from them, although it's not strictly necessary. Thank you!
I have no idea what copper foil is or where to get it but I suspect at this point that it's easier to get than a replacement mount or the GPS. That frustration is tempered by the honor that I am apparently the first person ever to break one!
At $800 I would require a description of the item/s I'm buying. An $800 surprise is not for me, I'm afraid, but I wish you luck and thank you for your time.
I don't know that I am familiar with all the complaints about the S800 apart from arm flex but was wondering if RCTimers avoided some of those pitfalls when they made their clone. Why buy an RCT S800 instead?
Your terrific observations to follow!
Ken - many thanks. I think I've ruled out the S800 due in part to reports about arm flex. However, I was wondering about the RCTimers clone of the S800.
I have decided that the ability to fold is a high priority for me. I intend to travel with it for business and would need to put it either in the back of small sedan or in a pelican (or similar) case.
The Tarot frames look nice but all that aluminum weight concerns me.

It is of course very possible or even probable that Sony or someone else comes out with an "action" camera that has better image quality. Part of the discussion is colored by the fact that GoPro has dominated, and will likely continue to dominate the market.
In that sense, I am compelled to...
Is there something I can do with a Discovery Pro that I can't do with my F450, which I already own? The footage they have just posted is compelling and I could use a very solid GoPro rig. Thank you!
