Filming this was scary. I filmed from about a half a mile away with limited view and some good wind gusts. Judging how far away I was from the rocks was challenging for me even through the screen.

Took the after market motor mounts off to see if the glue held the stress fractures together after a couple hours of flight time. The glue held but new cracks developed.

Had to replace the landing gear, a motor, solder a new connector that was a factory defect, then hope for the best....

Took another hike to launch my drone at altitude.

Instead of replacing the lower shell, I took the easy (lazy) way out with Gorilla Glue and motor mount brackets. I will know if it works after a couple of hours of fight time.

I let my daughter fly the phantom for her first time. I think she enjoyed herself but it is hard to know what is going on in the mind of a 15 year old girl.

It was bound to happen sooner or later. I crashed my homemade quadcopter testing a new gimbal. Like a dummy I forgot to change the remote back from my hexacopter to my quadcopter. Surprisingly there was very little damage.

This was my last attempt at making this thing better. I would recommend ordering a cheap goodluckbuy gimbal from china for half the price and twice the wait. I was able to get decent footage using an ear plug hack. Ear plugs?
