I came a across a thread somewhere in the past where there was a link to spacer you can put over a 5mm thread so you can use 6mm drilled props. I gave up trying to find it so... anybody know where I can buy one? Any other secrets to doing so besides shrink wrap? Thanks.

I've using a modded Turnigy 9x (with er9x software). I believe it gives me full control over everything, adding a little expo on throttle should work, however I'm still figuring it out. Looks like I have a couple options, thanks. Hopefully I'll get some time this weekend to figure it out.

I've had this happen with mine, stable then slow descending.. No stick imput on my end as well. I also noticed that it seems very sensitive of the throttle at mid stick. If it's at all off from dead center it tends to climb or descent, a related issue?, I'll try a bit of expo. Because of these...

At default gain values it could not be flown, based on another thread ended up trying 250,250,200,175, Attitude Gain, 70,70. Quite flyable, GPS not as locked in as I'd like but ok. All in all a successful day, thanks for the good wishes. Memo to self, check those cables.

Was the USB cable. Likely one contact was disconected. Works now. And yes windows did show unknown device with the bad cable. Thanks. Hoping to get it in the air today :)

I'll agree that an additional 1600-1750$ is excessive for that ability, however they likely aren't marketing this to the typical hobbyist which is a shame. Funny, it makes MK looks cheap now.

What I like about the DJI frame is that there is a cage around the electronics and looks like it's pretty sturdy.

On the DJI website they have a quad with a neat frame. Is it commercially available somewhere?
