everything updated to current software versions and your NAVI/compass calibrated correctly? because i know you can test motors but not arm if not calibrated.
hi dave welcome, before i went to hexa/octo i was still very happy, then when i built my first mk hexa i realize it still flies exactly the same, but the extra redundancy really kept me in my confidence zone, the thing i have to ask you is if you bought the red board esc's or the newer black...
he went back down to older FW so no 2 sticks needed, when i flash i flash separate each board by itself i don't leave the stacks in tack while flashing, try that, also make sure you restart tools sometimes they get stuck on dif ports.
ad me to the list of yawing on take off, one of my mk "quad" rigs had 2.0 updates as well, and with no changes to settings yaw on take off, nothing i could do to fix it accept jump back down firmware and it went away, that one uses red esc's and rest all black new boards ( no acc mod though)...
i made this for some MWC sport flying. the frame is tough as nails.
i cut the plates and motor holes on my cnc router
its been flown about 20 flights. no damage.
this frame is tough
def good to throw around and learn some flipping.
