ZENMUSE GIMBAL FOR GOPRO INTRODUCTION

DJI is going to release Zenmuse Gimbal for GoPro, which includes two models, respectively a 2-axis version and a 3-axis version.
The 2-axis version supports pitch and roll stabilization control.

•All aluminum alloy manufactured;
•Brushless motor direct drive;
•Based on the technology of Zenmuse Camera Types: support GoPro Hero 2 and GoPro hero3, do
not need to purchase any additional accessories;
•Support GoPro Hero 2 remote photos shooting and video shooting control.

Wow.. anyone look at that video on the Youtube site? DJI are getting beat up pretty bad in the comments. Alex Mos is really throwing a wrench into this plan. I hate to say it, but unless they price this at or below $500, it's not going to sell much at all.

You can say that again. I just wonder what is going to happen when all these companies building the GoPro brushless gimbals move onto the NEX sizes. How much of a performance difference will you have to see to justify spending $3,500 on a product instead of $750 or $1000.
