Almost ready to put in an order for a XM frame. I'll be setting it up with DJI Wookong-M. Still wondering if I should go for the 6 or 8 version. From what I can see is that XM6 flies very stable as well and is equally good in delivering more then decent AP footage and cheaper in the end. But I like the - be able to land with a broken motor - option you have with an octocopter. What is your feel on this?
I'll order the frame with a local supplier in Europe. The rests of the parts are a bit more difficult to find, I want to order in Europe.
- Motors:
Axi 2814/22 or T-Motors MN3510/25
- ESCs
Maytech 40amp SimonK or Dualsky 40amp
- Droidworx PDB
- XOAR 13" 6.5 props
I will fly with 6s lipos. Will this setup perform well? Any suggestions otherwise? Would highly appreciate the feedback of the community.
