XAircraft XA 650v - Can I make it fly more 'soft' ?

How can I make my XA 650 v4 fly more 'gracefully' or 'softly' if you know what I mean. i.e. no sudden sharp movements. ?

Is this a matter of adjusting the gains in the flight controller? Or is there some other setting that I should be looking at?

I'm trying to set it up to get real smooth video. I do have the gimbal but also want the copter to be very 'softish' in the air.
